Hey, so im only in middle school & i saw your picture on before & after & how you have abs now. I was wondering what your workouts are for each day. I already run each day, but since its summer i am willing to & have more time to work out more & focus on the weeker parts of my body. Also, my goal is to get abs! but i don't know any specific workouts each day. & i do core synergystics at least once a week.

My daily activities usually include: biking 8 miles to work round trip where I am a server and walk between 3-5 miles depending on the shift. I do p90x and about 30 minutes of yoga daily. I also run 4 times a week at least 3.5 miles but sometimes up to 13. My core used to be very strong, I swam year round from the age of 10 till I was 17. I think working out helped define my abs and regain strength but I believe a lot of the change had to do with losing the fat that was hiding them. I’ve heard that you start seeing definition in your abs at 18% body fat and a 6 pack at 16% but it varies from person to person because I’m at 19.8% right now. P90x’s Ab Ripper is my favorite core workout it’s only 15 minutes and kicks some major butt. On my page in links if you click on workouts you should be able to find a link to the Ab Ripper video. Just remember not to over do it, like any muscle, your core needs at least a 48 hour break between workouts to recover and start to build muscle. I hope this was helpful.
